Is no stranger to doling out cutting-edge business advice. His vast experience as a consultant both domestically and internationally has equipped Jonathan with a keen strategic vision for achieving organizational breakthroughs. Born in Cape Town, South Africa and spending much of his adult life traveling, Jonathan’s roots also run deep in the Dallas area. His love for design and attention to detail can be seen throughout his career as the founder of a variety of businesses including Koa beverages, The Standard Pour, and High Fives to name a few. Jonathan is firmly on the pulse of whatever he seems to be working on. A lover of good food and family, he keeps an eye on the newest updates around entrepreneurship, business, and management. Apart from WUA, Jonathan loves to work with founders to find creative ways to scale their businesses.




Established an impressive track record helping brands look their best since arriving on the Dallas scene. Building upon over a decade of creative project oversight, his intuitive grasp of business strategy and design have equipped him to develop and manage amazingly talented creative teams and strategies for campaigns with dozens of major clients including, Virgin America, Versace, Burberry, Kimberly Clark among many others. Brooks spent many of his formative years growing up in Jakarta, Indonesia yet has strong local connections to Dallas. A nationally decorated former collegiate debate coach, he can examine any topic in extraordinary depth, providing clients with the essential information they need to make vital decisions. Brooks created Aesthetic Cogency, the predecessor to White Unicorn Agency, in 2012.




After graduating from University of North Texas’ Communication Design BFA program, Matt spent years in the architecture scene learning and working along side some of Dallas’ brightest conceptual minds. He specialized in Brand and Environmental Design where Matt worked on notable projects for brands such as Kimberly-Clark & the City of Dallas. Since then, he has been published on the cover of Communication Arts and awarded a silver in the DSVC 50th Annual Professional Show. Currently, Matt is heading the creative helm at White Unicorn Agency where he leads a diverse team of talented designers on a mission to push the limits of creative problem solving and clear communication.

He’s a lover of dogs, tacos, and anything related to a game seven. On the weekends you can catch him running up and down the Katy Trail with his wife and two dogs.




Lindsey runs a tight ship. With a passion for business and design, Lindsey graduated from Baylor with a B.A. in Fashion Design and a Business Minor. Lindsey moved to New York and ran Betsey Johnson’s licensing department from 2006-2010. Seeking a greater challenge, she left the east coast and moved to LA, where she worked in licensing and consumer products for top brands in the fashion and consumer product industries, like Guess and Mattel. During this time she focused on strategy development and new product launches. She returned to Fossil in 2015 as the brand manager of Michael Kors, spearheading Fossil’s launch of the market’s first fashion focused wearable technology line. She joined the White Unicorn team in 2018 where she specializes in facilitating communication between the client and designers, as well as within the team internally. In addition to all of her work duties, she somehow still finds time to be a mother of three (and a dog mom of one) to her family.



Sean was born to print. After working in a variety of print shops Sean joined the White Unicorn team in 2016, specializing in bringing our designer’s visions into reality. Sean takes designs and fabricates them into business cards, brochures, signage, banners, wall graphics, and any other physical execution our team can imagine. With an extensive vendor network all over the map, he is able to find exceptional quality printers and negotiate affordable prices. Sean makes our team’s lives easier by facilitating effortless handoff between our graphic design team and the print production team.



Born in Roswell, New Mexico, Devin studied film and screenwriting at Baylor University for several years before transferring to Hosei University in Tokyo, Japan. After a brief stint in Japan, Devin returned to the states and worked as an illustrator and designer with a diverse array of brands, including Capcom, IDW, Sega, Udon, Fangamer, Digital Artist, and USMLEWorld. In addition to illustration and design, he has fulfilled a variety of roles on several feature films, ranging from storyboards to set design. He has self published and independently funded over 30 publications and greatly enjoys telling stories across a wide array of mediums. Currently he writes brand strategy and brand identity for White Unicorn Agency, organizing our client’s goals into clear and effective communication with their customers. At night he’s always working on some sort of project or learning a new skill to add to his toolbelt.
